They need someone that has experience working in a fast paced and highly scalable environment. Experience administering apache and mysql is a must. If you have experience networking (Cisco, load balancing, firewalls) proceed to the front of the line. Scripting is a must and experience working for a financial startup is a HUGE plus! $130k + if you get the job done.

Experience in a production environment, SaaS company, or just a fast paced startup is absolutely crucial. SQL server 2005, 2008, IIS. $130k salary.
A client in the (408) has a Configuration Management position calling for a ClearCase guru. This company is a leader in data center technology. They need someone with experience administering ClearCase, UCM and multisite. You also need to have a strong backround in programming, using perl, python or ruby. If you can write Makefiles or have used Eclipse Framework you can do the job! $110k or more for the right candidate.
