Description:
The Senior Java Engineer will work with internal staff and our Global 2000 customers to design, develop and maintain our full suite of Internet-based procure-to-pay applications. The Senior Java Engineer will be responsible for a variety of software engineering tasks, including core software development, bug fixing, trading partner setup and testing, automated test creation and production data maintenance.

Responsibilities:
* work with internal staff and directly with customers to implement new application features
* respond to production/QA/development environment issues
* work with trading partners and customers to validate file uploads
* fix bugs
* write automated functional tests
* create/update documentation

Core Technologies:
* programming environment: Java, XSL, EJB
* application server: Weblogic / JBoss
* database: Oracle, Postgresql
* build tools: ant, cvs
* OS: Solaris, Linux

Requirements:
* Five years of relevant work experience
* Deep technical skills in the Java / application server / Web area
* High level of creativity and "roll-up your sleeves" working style
* BS/BA required
* Familiarity with software development processes and technical issues surrounding Internet-based applications
* Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Financial background a plus
