We are looking for well rounded, experienced developers to join our team, to become innovation leaders, to develop and extend complex core algorithms and architectures, and to drive practical solutions for the complex security concerns of our customers.

• Participate in system design and architecture decisions.
• Refactor code as needed to meet evolving design decisions.
• Collaborate with other team members to evolve development processes.
• Work with customers and product management on identifying and refining enhancements.
• Own a feature end to end.
• Stay on top of the latest technologies and apply them to real world applications.

Required:
• Comfort with Agile development and test driven development
• Good design and architecture skills and experience with large, complex software solutions
• Desire to work with Product Managers, Professional Services, and directly with customers to help design and develop products that are successful in the marketplace.
• Experience working with network gateway products, MTAs and Proxy Servers.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP.
• Strong object-oriented development skills.
• Experience with Java and/or C++

Pluses:
• Experience with scaling an application to handle the ever-increasing needs of its customers
• Experience with profiling and tuning of applications for performance and scalability
• Experience with network traffic generation tools
• Experience with RDBMS, such as Oracle
