Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Ruby on Rails software developer who can lead our team of developers and report directly to the CTO.

Required:
- Ruby on Rails experience
- SQL experience (preferably PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with Subversion or Git
- Strong HTML and CSS skills, with a focus on standards
- AJAX experience
- Excellent team worker, self-starter
- Deep understanding of social networks (please submit profile URLs)
- Self-motivated, self-directed and creative.
