Are you a PeopleSoft Functional Professional who craves for a challenge? Do you possess strong analytical skills and have the ability to take initiative? Leverage your PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll Functional knowledge and experience to join our high performing team in this highly visible position working for a Fortune 500 company located in the East Bay.

Responsibilities:

Works on PeopleSoft-related complex business requirements/problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in depth knowledge of PeopleSoft application and evaluation of various factors.
Gather requirements, design, test and implement complex changes to PeopleSoft application.
Work closely with internal business partners and application developers on end to end troubleshooting solutions of HCM and Payroll applications.
Lead IT Project teams on small and medium-sized projects that interface with business partners.
Regularly provides guidance, mentoring and training to less experienced BSA’s.
Other responsibilities include preparing and/or assisting with customer training and documentation.

Qualifications:

Have 5+ years of experience with Business Applications including experience in PeopleSoft payroll module and in at least one of these applications: HR, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, e-modules.
Leadership experience preferred.
Experience in using PS Query and PeopleSoft Security administration.
SQL knowledge preferred.
Must have excellent business/system process skills, exceptional problem solving skills, and be able to clearly articulate solutions to end users.
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of small or large teams.
Ability to multi-task.
