The PayPal Information Management and Delivery organization is seeking an experienced Business analyst who can help lead the team that is responsible for building and supporting the Data Warehouse in product integration. We are looking for a very talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our fast-paced team. An ideal candidate would be someone who can be a team player, is a quick study, pays attention to detail, is able to keep the big picture in perspective and is focused on building a solid foundation of data to support key business reporting and analytics.

Qualifications:
-- Understanding business drivers in order to help enhance the PayPal data warehouse and reporting systems.
-- Act as an Information Management and Delivery liaison.  Build strong relationships with business partners/products managers/analysts/project managers and development teams within the company.
-- Work with key business end users to conceptualize and document new product or reporting requirements.
-- Conduct business analysis and provide subject area domain expertise. Develop deep understanding of source systems, business usage, DW transformations and business logic, data issues, etc, related to key subject areas and/or Data Marts in the Data Warehouse.
-- Provide consultation to BusinessTeams related to assigned subject areas.Ensure subject areas documentation is current and accurate.
-- Help define vision of early product integration that will enable PayPal to be world class in understanding and measuring our products to drive increased user acquisition and activity.
-- Ability to work at all levels of business and technology organizations to communicate requirements. Report status/progress to senior and executive management.
-- Stay up to date on core PayPal data warehouse design/architecture in order to understand impacts.
-- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the quality, scalability or usability of key IMD product related systems.
-- Work with IMD and BML to synthesize business requirements into a cohesive technology roadmap
-- Mentoring and developing junior staff
-- Participation in proposal development and client presentations
-- Enable automation in development processes to maximize productivity and quality
-- Ability to solve complex technical problems, assimilate information rapidly, and work under time constraints
-- Aptitude to work collaboratively with other BI and ETL resources to design and develop effective solutions
