We are software consulting company looking for Software Development Test Engineer to work for our
Client. It is a consulting position.(W2 with our company preffered, - No benefits)

As a member of the QA TEAM

-Develop and implement functional, stress, performance test cases
-Develop automated scripts for TEST AUTOMATION IS A MUST
-Perform problem analysis, submit bugs and verify bugs
-Communicate test results to other engineers
-Install Company's product and other network infrastructure products per network design
-Assist in deployments and customer support activities
-Be a good team player

Required Experience and Skills:

-3-5 years of network testing or related industry experience
-Strong understanding of testcase development and test planning methodologies is a must
-Strong understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP and SSL, DNS, l2-l4 networking technologies
-Working knowledge of VPN devices and concepts will be great plus
-Exposure to various windows OS, Mac OS
-Proficiency in Unix, Perl, tcl/tk, C
-Strong Automation Test tool Development Exprience using PERL or C or Python etc.. is a MUST
-IT background and expertise will be a plus.
- Strong work experience on Freebsd, Tomcat is highly desierable

Educational Experience:

BS degree in Computer Science or related fields
MS preferred or equivalent experience

-Self starter - highly motivated and able to work productively with minimal guidance
-Strong team player with ability to deal with stress
-Should be able to prioritize tasks

• Location: San Jose/Santa Clara
• Compensation: Depends on experience payed on Hourly in W2
