MShift is looking for a Junior Programmer to create and QA MShift deployments to our rapidly growing customer base. The key function of the individual would be to learn, develop and QA using unique mobile deployment language and environment.

Responsibilities include:
- Learning our IDE.
- Creating client applications using our deployment language.
- Understanding the clients environment
- Working with the clients to create pleasing environments
- Investigate and help resolve client support issues
- Test and release applications to the client
- Provide support to sales team

Required Skills:
- 1-2 years of programming experience
- Java
- C, C++
- Bachelors in Computer Science or 2-3 years technical experience in a related field
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent debug skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task on several tickets
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility in schedule (available for weekend work and early morning shifts)
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix at the user level
- Proficient in HTML
-US Citizen/Green Card
