Software Developer
Job Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties maybe assigned.
• Support Intermediate and Sr. Developers with projects.
• Maintain, customize, and support existing clients’ NAV software
• (Microsoft Dynamics-NAV, ERP Software. Visit www.microsoft.com/dynamics/nav/default.mspx to find out more)
• Program, troubleshoot, debug, test modifications, enhance, and upgrade NAV programs per existing client specifications
• Import and export from NAV to variety of other applications and databases
• Help create documentation for processes and enhancements for training purposes
• Multitask and prioritize with project managers to satisfy multiple clients
• Motivate and guide other developers and team members
• Obtain relevant NAV certifications and continuously improve skills and knowledge

Minimum Requirements:
• Knowledge of .NET or other programming languages.
(NAV Navision was originally developed in C/SIDE, but will be migrated to .NET)
• Able to work, learn, and solve challenges independently using provided resources and material
• Self motivated, ambitious, creative, and responsible professional
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to interact with clients
• Able to multitask and prioritize
• Able to manage work load and pressure to meet deadlines successfully
• Excellent attitude and a team player
• Goal oriented with focus to complete projects successfully
