Senior Firmware Engineer

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for Company’s firmware development.
-Determines best technological solution, considering firmware and cross departmental requirements.
-Ensures reusability, high quality and efficiency of the products’ firmware with end user in mind.

Description:
-Performs function as Senior Firmware Engineer for the Company.
-Works as key member of the Technology Engineering Team.
-Analyzes, manages and develops the firmware deliverables of Company technology and product.
-Creates and manages reports and procedures to ensure timeliness and delivery of products and services.
-Provides status reports of activities and requirements.

Required experience and knowledge :
-Minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Firmware Engineer.
- Background in enterprise or wireless services desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical background, with experience in:
Wireless communications
CDMA protocol
GPS Navigation
IP Stack & Protocol
Assembly Code
C, C++, 16-bit RISC Processor
PIC Processor
Video MPEG2 and H264 Protocols
VOIP
- Excellent teamwork skills are a must.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
