General Description:
Experienced Web Service developer needed for a contract (may lead to full time) position. We estimate that the project will take three months. The immediate requirement is to create a JAVA client for a .NET based WCF web service. Future projects include working with JSF, XML, Hibernate, etc. etc.
Start date: as soon as possible
Work is on-site only.
Qualifications:
• Two to five years experience with secure Java-based web services.
• Experience with secure .NET web services is a plus; especially if you have written Java based web service clients for .Net based web services.
• Experience in relational database application development (Hibernate and MySQL a plus).
• Working Knowledge of Java Servlets, JSP/JSF, and HTML desired, but not mandatory.
• Working knowledge of XML desired, but not mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Apache and Tomcat Web Server desired, but not mandatory.
