Job Summary:

As a Professional Services Field Engineer you will:
• Implement the customer’s configuration through workflow and rules engines (java)
• Develop java-based interfaces
• Deploy the configuration at the customer site or at Bricsnet’s hosted operations
• Spec and develop custom reports in BIRT (eclipse.org)
• Provide Tier 3 support for technical issues not resolved by our Tier 1 / 2 Customer Support organization


Experience:
- Work Experience:
5+ yrs experience in a professional services environment (or equivalent at a web application software company)


Technical Skills
5+ years J2EE application development
5+ years SQL (Microsoft SQL Server experience a plus).

Experience with :

Java,
XML,
XSD,
Webservices (SOAP a plus)


Experience with:
- Windows Server 2003
- SQL Server 2005
- Jboss (optional)
- Brava & Net-it Enterprise (optional)



Business Skills
- English speaking
- Strong analytical skills
- 5+ years in customer interaction roles at least 40% of the time
- Work experience with process/workflow oriented business systems


Education
- 4 year degree in MIS, Engineering, or Computer Science

Travel Requirement
- Approximately 20% on average
