Position Summary

The Junior Data Analyst is responsible for executing scripts and tools to support CaseCentral's Electronic Discovery and Online Review products.

Responsibilities

* Executing SQL scripts in Oracle to perform extraction, translation, and loading (ETL) of client data.
* Interface with the Professional Services Group and Data Operations team, ensure client requirements are met on time and with a high degree of accuracy.
* Perform quality control checks against all incoming and outgoing data.
* Troubleshoot data issues and escalate to senior level managers.
* Provide after-hours support for urgent client data issues as needed.

Education, Experience and Key Competencies

* Bachelors Degree or Relevant Experience.
* 1-2 years of Oracle SQL experience.
* 1-2 years of relevant experience required.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented production environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required.
* Experience using Unix/Linux command line interface.
