Our client – a leading financial services company – is looking for a Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience to be focused on business processes and reporting needs to support its initiative to set up a fully functioning commercial branch with lending and deposit taking capabilities in the UK. The “right” candidate should be flexible and have experience dealing with ambiguity and changing strategies. NOTE - MUST HAVE FINANCIAL SERVICES or BANKING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE TO APPLY.
Skills and Requirements
•8+ years of experience including demonstrated lead role in requirements elicitation.
•BA experience in the financial services arena and experience interfacing with offshore development teams and QA testers.
•Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking and problem solving
•Excellent written and spoken English skills
•Attention to detail
•Self motivated
•Ability to react to changing client priorities
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
