As a Senior Software Engineer you will be working on the Web Application Scanning Module. This opening is an exciting opportunity for you to work on a new product which has a high demand in the market, in a pre-IPO company with excellent customer ratings and outstanding growth rates.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop and deliver code in C/C++ using RedHat Linux
* Deliver new features and improvements in a fast-paced environment as a part of a growing engineering team.
* Improve and optimize algorithms used for crawl web applications, web page parsing, and data visualization.
* Take the challenge of automating web app penetration testing
Qualifications
* 5+ years experience in object oriented software development (C/C++) in Unix/Linux environment
* 2+ years experience in HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript and DOM manipulation
* Knowledge of web application security (OWASP, WASC, etc.)
* BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
Additional Skills
* Knowledge of web browser engines (WebKit or other layout engines)
* Understanding of character set encoding and internationalization issues
* Former experience in developing security related tools/programs
