About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager with experience in UI/UX design for enterprise-class web applications. This is a technical product management position, working with the product development team, to extend the feature set of our product suite using the latest RIA technology and Web UI best practices. In order to succeed in this small, fast-paced team, you must be capable of contributing to the definition, and design of our products, as well as executing on technical projects of varying complexity. A solid technical background and creativity in problem solving are essential.

Responsibilities:
• Create UI/UX design specifications for new product functionality.
• Monitor project status from initiation through delivery.
• Ensure software projects are completed on time and according to corporate quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative ideas and solutions.
• Follow product development processes and implement new processes as needs arise.
• Work with developers to create maintainable and extendible UI architecture.

Requirements:
• 8-10 years experience in UI/UX design, technical product management or software development.
• B.S. or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering Field.
• Strong technical background with working knowledge of Silverlight, Flex, HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript or equivalent RIA / Web UI technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to effectively multi-task.
