This Developer will be involved in creating versatile and user friendly interfaces used by clients and vendors. This position will also create productivity enhancement tools and contribute to the overall development, implementation and management of OpsTechnology products. OpsTechnology is the Industry’s leading On Demand eProcurement and Invoice Management Solution to the Real Estate Operations Industry. Our applications are used by the leading MRO Suppliers and Public / Private Property Management firms in the Industry.
As a member of our product development team, you will be working with highly motivated engineers to develop our online real estate procurement marketplace used by the top real estate investment trusts in the country. Your primary task will be to develop and enhance a high performance on-demand procurement engine.

Responsibilities
Participate in design and code reviews
Participate in internal testing to identify problems early, perform error and stress scenarios
Additional projects as requested and assigned
Work with the internal Engineering team to meet technical expectations and goals
Will have responsibility for one or more technical aspects of development
Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of e-commerce browser based applications
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience
3+ years in the IT industry and a good understanding of the full life cycle of development
2+ years of hands-on experience in programming database driven web sites in technologies such as HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery and server-side scripting such as JSP, PHP, ASP
Experience in style sheet languages such as Smarty and/or XSL preferred
Basic database knowledge in Oracle/MS SQL Server is required
Proven ability to learn new technologies and deliver measureable results in an aggressive production environment
Strong analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience in ASP.Net is a plus
Must be self-motivated and have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be well organized and detailed oriented
Flexibility to work overtime to meet departmental goals
Must be able to succeed in a dynamic team environment
Demonstrated interest in, knowledge of, and enthusiasm for Internet technologies
Some accounting background or college course in accounting preferred
