Responsibilities
• Always deliver great campaign launches with new and current clients
• Help clients meet needs of delivery – IOs, tag generation / updates, reconciliation (delivery, finance, ad networks), constant quality checks
• Oversee QA / QC checks to ensure clients are happy with campaigns
• Provide analytics driven by client needs for brand goals, back-end metrics, or other report criteria
• Work with brands and agencies to help solve any challenges with creative, integration, tag updates, tracking, etc
• Create and maintain internal reporting for pacing and revenue performance
• Know clients well and always deliver what we’d hope for if we were in their shoes

Qualifications
• Open communicator driven by helping our clients be happy
• 2 or more years experience in online ad ops
• In-depth knowledge of major ad servers (Dart, Atlas, DFP, OAF); experience with Helios a plus
• BS Degree; in a technical or communications field a plus
• Highly familiar with online ads and media
• Highly passionate, bright thinker, and excited to accomplish things as a team.
