We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our talented team in the design and development of the best web-based service for real-estate investment. The ideal candidate is someone who can take part in every step of the product development process, from iterative product specification to prototyping to architecture to deployment. You should thrive in a fast-paced, team oriented environment, be self-sufficient, have excellent communication skills, and proven ability to deliver quality software.
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field from a leading university.
• 5 or more years experience designing and developing server-side applications with Java, Ruby on Rails (ROR) or other similar object-oriented languages for Internet deployment.
• Proficient in database schema development and query writing with SQL, ideally MySQL
• Strong project management skills in estimating and scheduling software project tasks.
• Scoping and design of new features in conjunction with product management.
• Excellent communication and team skills with a passion for innovation.
