30 foot sloop in good condition; shoal draft (4’ 3”). Wheel steering. All upgrades recommended by Catalina (spreaders, thru hulls, windows) done. Includes Spinnaker gear.

Engine: Atomic 4, Gas, 28 horse power. Change oil and tune up every year. Runs well; burns no oil between changes. Just installed new motor mounts, cutlass bearing and stainless steel shaft, transmission serviced this year. Exhaust recently refurbished.
Galley: two sinks; two burner alcohol origo stove
Bottom Paint: Bottom was redone with interlux 2000 barrier coat system in 2006; bottom paint was coated every season.
Rigging: it is original, but looks ok. Replaced wooden spreaders with Catalina aluminum versions.
Battery: upgraded battery, wiring and charging system in 2006. Installed new high capacity alternator, new power panel, wiring and combiner system to regulate battery charging. Works well.
Batteries new in 2006.
Other features include depth and speed log new in 2008. sail cover new in 2008. Biminis new in 2006. Added new DC LCD lighting in 2009 as well as new AC circuits. Replaced all internal water and head hoses with premium hoses this year.
